This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. Antioch Residents Directory is a private reference site. We cannot retrieve records, certify a copy, confirm who lives at an address, or change a government roll. Direct those requests to the custodian. For an emergency, call 911. If you believe you are being stalked or harassed, contact local police.

Need a Particular Antioch Record?

For the record types most often sought in Antioch, these are the useful routes:

Antioch City Clerk, public-records route: Visit 200 H Street, Antioch, CA 94509, call 925-779-7009, or fax 925-779-7007, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Mail requests to P.O. Box 5007, Antioch, CA 94531-5007. City requests may use the current NextRequest records hub for submission and tracking, or may be sent by email or mail, or delivered at the counter. Identify the records, date range, department, and useful keywords. Antioch says it intends to determine disclosure within ten days and commonly processes requests in two to four weeks. A reason is ordinarily not required.

Police reports use a separate route: Police incident, event, and traffic reports are excluded from the city NextRequest hub. Contact APD Records at 300 L Street, 925-779-6830, or apdrecords@antiochca.gov. Reports may be withheld or redacted when law protects active investigations, victim information, juvenile material, or confidential personal data. Building plans may be inspection-only without the authorization required by Health and Safety Code §19851.

County deed, vital, and recorded-document questions belong with the Contra Costa Clerk-Recorder, not the Antioch City Clerk.
